Terms of Service

Urbanspace Logistics LLC
Last updated: October 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of urbanspacelogistics.com (the “Site”), the forms on it, and the email and text message notifications we send about your job. Please read them before submitting a scheduling request or an estimate request.

By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Urbanspace Logistics LLC (“Urbanspace Logistics,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides receiving, warehousing, storage, delivery, installation, and moving services in the Austin, Texas area.

4400 Supply Court #100, Austin, TX 78744 (512) 549-2630 | scheduling@urbanspacelogistics.com

2. What these Terms cover, and what they do not

These Terms cover the Site and our communications with you.

They do not set the terms of the work itself. The services we perform are governed by the documents you receive and sign for that specific job:

  • the written proposal, estimate, or quote we provide
  • the work order signed at the job
  • the warehouse receipt issued for items received into our facility
  • our current published rate schedule

Where any of those documents conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits, replaces, or reduces the liability, valuation, claims, or payment terms set out in them, or any rights you have under Texas or federal law.

3. Scheduling requests and estimates are requests, not bookings

Submitting the scheduling request form or the estimate form does not confirm an appointment. A job is scheduled only once we confirm it to you directly.

Estimates and quoted figures are not a binding price unless given to you in writing as a binding or not to exceed written proposal. A verbal quote is not an estimate.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete. Addresses, access details, item counts, and cargo descriptions determine crew size, equipment, and time, so incorrect information may change the price or make the job impossible to perform as scheduled.

4. Your responsibilities

These reflect our standing operating policies, also published in our FAQ.

  • An adult must be present. Someone 18 or older must be present at the start and the end of

each job to sign the work order confirming the goods and services provided.

  • You arrange building access. Clients are responsible for reserving service elevators,

loading docks, and parking, and for providing any certificate of insurance the building requires. We are usually not permitted to reserve these on your behalf. A job that cannot proceed because access was not reserved may be treated as a same day cancellation.

  • The space must be ready. Complete prep work before the scheduled date, including finishing

electrical and patch or paint work and clearing other contractors from the work area. Clear as much space as possible for the crew.

  • Review your confirmation. Check your job confirmation in advance and tell us promptly if

anything is wrong.

We call roughly 15 minutes before arrival.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

We require three business days notice to cancel an appointment without a fee. Cancellation fees are set out in our current rate schedule.

Contact us as soon as you know a date will not work. We book well in advance, and late changes may mean the next available date is some distance out.

We may need to reschedule for weather, building access problems, vehicle or equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer the next available date.

6. Receiving and storage

  • A client account must be set up with us before shipments are sent to our facility.
  • Items received are inspected, photographed, and documented.
  • We issue a warehouse receipt within two business days of arrival, noting any flaws or

defects and linking to images of the items.

  • Review each warehouse receipt promptly and tell us right away if anything is missing or

described incorrectly.

  • Stored items can be pulled for inspection with 48 hours notice.
  • Storage is billed per our current rate schedule.

Items we receive on your behalf remain yours. We do not inspect for concealed damage inside sealed packaging beyond what is visible and documented on the warehouse receipt.

7. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, minimums, and late charges are set out in your quote, invoice, and our current rate schedule.

8. Loss, damage, and claims

Our liability for loss or damage to your goods, the valuation or protection level that applies, and the process and deadline for filing a claim are set out in the work order, warehouse receipt, proposal, and rate schedule for your job, and are governed by applicable Texas and federal law.

If something is damaged or missing, contact us promptly at (512) 549-2630 or scheduling@urbanspacelogistics.com so we can document it and open a claim.

9. SMS Terms (text message notifications)

If you opt in, we send you delivery and shipping updates about your scheduled delivery or pickup.

Program. Urbanspace Logistics delivery and shipping updates.

Consent. We send SMS only to customers who affirmatively opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our scheduling request form at urbanspacelogistics.com/scheduling-request/. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any of our services. You can book a delivery without opting in.

What we send. Transactional delivery and shipping updates about an active delivery or pickup only: the scheduled date and arrival window, the delivery address, driver and dock access instructions, and notice if a delivery time changes. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program.

Message frequency. Varies. Typically one to three messages per scheduled delivery.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (512) 549-2630 or scheduling@urbanspacelogistics.com.

Your mobile number. Mobile numbers collected for these updates are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of texts does not opt you out of operational email about an active job.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

This section applies to the Site only. It does not limit our responsibility for the services we perform or for your goods in our care. That is governed by Section 8 and the documents listed in Section 2.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for any dispute arising from the Site lies in Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a job already booked.
